Cancellations & Amendments

Once your holiday has been booked, any changes and cancellations are subject to charges. These charges are set by the provider in accordance with their booking conditions which govern the contract. A copy of these can be supplied upon request.

Most cancellation charges are based on a sliding scale, with a percentage of the holiday cost payable in cancellation fees. This scale rises the closer to the date of departure that the holiday is cancelled. Any amendments and cancellations must be made in writing and this must be done as soon as possible by the person in whose name the booking was made.
